Keys are missing, but the top compartment for the coin mechanism isn't locked. There's a few quarters trapped in the bottom box.

You can either replace the lock, or use it by running a quarter through the mechanism while outside the box. It's also possible to use a toothpick (or something similar) to trip the mechanism to give you multiple credits.

I've owned it for several years and played it once in a while. It's time to let it go.
