Bally Midway Journey Arcade Machine Game from 1983 Works with OG Manual & Cassette

  

Journey video game from 1983. My mom bought this from an arcade in September 1988she still has the receipt!

And it has been in the house ever since. Still works and fun to play.

Simple game where you play as different band members and you have to retrieve your instrument. You get 3 chances total for all 5. Once you collect all 5 instruments, the concert level will begin and last as long as you can keep the fans off the stage, you are the bouncer. Journey instrumental music plays during each game.

Machine was serviced once in the late 90s and had everything checked and cleaned. All original parts and artwork, machine is basically in the same condition cosmetically as when my mom picked it up back in 88.

Comes with the key to open the front, but no key for the back, you are able to reach through the hole to unlock the back. My mom has the manual for it, but has misplaced it currently and has a few boxes to look through to find it.

It has the original cassette in machine. Found the manuals, there are 2 books with the schematics, really good condition. When machine is first turned on, it hums, but will go away after a little while(about 20 minutes).

Cord is a 3 prong, about 5 feet long. Please see photos for condition. 1 side has the artwork torn off the top.

There are marks/dents where the joystick and buttons are. Coin part has 2 holes, one on each side where a bracket used to go. Our family does not use the coin slots, we just open the machine and give credits that way, but I'm sure the coin slots would work.
