We are not the manufacturers and cannot always select the best looking item and/or box for you. While we wish everyone could receive a pristine box, it is not always the case and is out of our hands when purchasing items that are from large retailers and are mass produced. If we have multiples of an item we would be happy to select the best one for you, but cannot guarantee a perfect box/condition. Please also be sure to look at the photos and description regarding the condition, carefully! Not everything about the condition can be photographed and due to the volume of our shop we can not always capture everything. We are not the manufacturers and cannot always select the best looking item and box for you. All items are subject to shelf wear and minor creases/dents unless description is noted otherwise. We do not cancel pre-Sale items so be sure to ask any and all questions before purchasing and note the length of time it will take to release, it can be as long as a few months. If we have the expected date that the item is going to be released we will include that in the listing above.
