Next - the old brick linear power supply. Eliminated that - used two switching power supplies mounted either side of a metal plate to allow air flow. Installed an original Dragon's Lair boardset with DL ROMS.
Then to keep everything cool and operating nicely, I installed four quiet 12v DC fans. Two fans at the rear blowing air across the power supplies, Dexter and the DL Boardset. One blowing over the LCD backlight circuit board and one located above the rear door blowing air out of the cabinet. However, the arcade plan fizzled out so offering this Dragon's Lair up for sale here. Dexter comes with DL, SA and DL2. To play all 3 The Dragon's Lair ROM board would have to be swapped out with a MerlinDx board. If this Dragon's Lair does sell, there will have to be a transfer of the license for the DL, SA & DL2 images on Dexter.
This Dragon's Lair has some of the nicks and dings you would expect to see on a 34yr old cabinet but, as you can see from the pictures, it is in good condition and runs great. Also notice in the pictures of the side art that there are no black round bolts. However, I will include the brackets that can hold a CRT if needed. So if you have a shipper, I would be willing to work with them.
