Mortal Kombat 2 arcade game machine

Up for grabs is a Mortal Kombat 2 arcade machine complete. This cabinet is a Midway Skins cabinet that was stripped and converted to Mortal Kombat 2. The control panel is an actual MK2 panel with new art on metal new plexi. New Happ joysticks, buttons and switches. All work was done roughly one year ago. The only problem is has is just recently, the screen has become distorted only with certain characters. For example, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Reptile, and Jax all appear correctly without flaw, but other characters cause screen distortion. I don't know if it is a motherboard problem or a faulty wire but other character sprites do not show properly.

Shang Tsung appears distorted but when he morphs into one of those four it looks fine again. I don't know what problem this is or solution it needs. All electrolytic capacitors were replaced, new HOT, and tube was tested and guns were cleaned.

Has slight burn that is really not noticable unless it is off and in direct sunight. The PCB is an original MK2 with revision 3.1 rom set. The audio board was professionally rebuilt. The cab had a new Jamma harness installed and professionally modified to work as the kick harness.

The marquee is an original. It is on four casters for easy movement as well. Also, if you pay attention to the pictures, you will see there is a white line up the back of the cabinet and the front of the control panel where the art work was placed slightly off. There are also some places where white comes through on the edges where it was trimmed to close and a couple spots where it's slightly raising up.

I'm sure a sharpee would remedy this, but I like to fully disclose any and all info I have on a machine. Please note, the bill validator has been removed and is not included. There is a blanking plate installed now. Also the three pieces of t-molding that are black in the photos have now been replaced with red as it should be. I will try to get to the storage unit and update pictures in a day or two if it doesn't sell first.
