I picked it up from a yard sale and do not have much knowledge regarding it, aside from what I have researched since obtaining it. It does not have any games, which means I could not test it unfortunately.

It powers on, lights come on and monitor comes on too, displays a green cross hatch pattern. I was told that this is an indication that it needs a recap, not sure what that means or really entails.

It certainly could use some TLC if your intention is to restore it to it's former glory. It is very, very heavy. Luckily it is located on ground level and you can literally just back right up to my garage and load it in.
